Blanket Warmer

St. Anthony's Cancer Center- Blanket Warmer A new blanket warmer was purchased for patients receiving radiation treatments and scans in St. Anthony's Cancer Center. Alissa's Hope is happy to provide "warm hugs" to the patients receiving treatments here.

Cancer Center Counseling Program

Frances Scott Grant Recipient - St. Anthony's Cancer Center Counseling Program Cancer not only takes its toll physically but mentally as well. Counseling sessions are often offered as part of a treatment plan however patients will often decline because of added co-pays. This pilot program is being established to offer up to 5 sessions of clinical therapy to assess and treat depression and anxiety related to a cancer diagnosis at no cost to the patient.
