Our 6th Annual Warm Hugs Campaign begins November 1st! Alissa's Hope will begin collecting no-sew fleece blankets for the kids at Children's Hospital unable to be home for the holidays. The blankets are easy to make! We often find coupons for discounted fleece at Joann's Fabric.

Directions for no sew fleece blankets​

 

*You will need to start with two pieces of 2 by 3 , 3 by 4 , or 4 by 5 newly purchased fleece material.
* Cut 3 inches into the fabric around the entire piece of fabric, making fringe

* Also cut a 3 inch by 3 inch square at each corner.

* Tie off each fringe into a knot where the fringed cut meets the material.

 *After completion, please wash the blankets in liquid detergent and dry with no fabric softeners.
